Estoy convencida que la bondad y las buenas acciones de cada persona pueden tener un impacto en la felicidad de las personas que te rodean.
Me motiva ser una persona que cada dia puede hacer acciones positivas.
Me inspira saber que podemos transformar nuestra realidad y/o nuestra percepción/reacción sobre esta.
Mi camino personal se resume con esta frase:
"Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference." y "A quiet mind is able to hear intuition over fear".
Mi camino profesional me ha llevado a elegir la educación buscando impactar en las personas y que estás mejoren su calidad de vida, lo hago desde la parte de innovación y visión de negocio pues es donde creo tener más habilidad.
Me considero una persona noble, alegre y entusiasta; a veces con carácter fuerte y apasionado. Admiro la naturaleza y su carácter igual de fuerte y apasionado pero con la capacidad de hacernos sentir que flotamos al escucharla o al observar algún fenómeno extraordinario. Pienso en la vida, que está compuesta de opuestos que se complementan unos a los otros. Hoy agradezco por lo bueno y por lo malo, agradezco todo lo que tengo pero también lo que carezco. He dedicado mi vida al yoga por más de una década, la milenaria escuela del saber encontrar y vivir con lo que tenemos, el camino a la realización sabiendo disfrutar del presente, la crianza de la disciplina, voluntad, respeto y amor propio: los valores que harán posible alcanzar todo lo que habita en nuestras mentes y corazones.

Directora Ejecutiva de ImpactaMX, plataforma que a través del análisis de datos intensifica las interacciones de los actores del Ecosistema de Alto Impacto en México, facilitando la vinculación, el apoyo y promoción del mismo. Elina es experta en temas de innovación y emprendimiento. Se ha desarrollado profesionalmente en el sector gobierno colaborando en el diseño y ejecución de políticas públicas para el fomento y diseño de esquemas de financiamiento alternativo a la innovación, cooperación internacional, vinculación entre desarrollo científico y tecnológico y el mercado, entre otros.
Después de trabajar 7 años en el sector del emprendimiento social en México y Suiza, descubrí mi pasión por crear conneciones entre sectores, comunidades, generaciones o personas para que juntos alcancemos un impact sustentable y colaborativo. Uso la facilitación como herramienta para explorar nuevas formas de liderazgo y de movimientos participativos que ponen el humano en el centro. Al replicar La Tablée des Chefs en México, una empresa social canadiense que lucha contra el desperdicio de alimento, descubrí el potencial de replicar ideas y soluciones en el mundo. Hoy trabajo en Ginebra, Suiza por la organización euforia. Es un honor para mi ser parte de esa primera edición de imp!act en México. Me apasioné últimamente por la herbolaria, tengo un perrito y mi verdura favorita es la berenjena!

Mónica es una facilitadora y su don es conectar con las personas. Ha facilitado procesos de liderazgo, desarrollo personal, autoconocimiento, storytelling, teambuilding y de acompañamiento grupal para compañías, escuelas y organizaciones. Desde Banco Santander, CFE, Fundación Kellogg ,UNICEF, Universidad Panamericana, ec. también ha organizado eventos de TEDx. Mónica es miembro de los movimientos internacionales NorthAmerica Jam de Yes Organization y Art of hosting (el Arte del Liderazgo Participativo) y guardián de las prácticas en México. Ha vivido en Chicago, Australia y Nigeria y en la actualidad trabaja en su proyecto de vida DREAM: un viaje de autodescubrimiento en la educación a jóvenes y niños y un viaje de liderazgo con empresas y organizaciones hacia la búsqueda de sentido.

Prefiero vivir en los dos mundos y estoy convencido que "the Best of Both Worlds" es una perfecta mezcla. Por el momento trabajo en la Ciudad de México en una empresa alemana con enfoque en Project Management como Gerente Comercial. Aunque mi trabajo me gusta, solo es un fin para poder pagar mis vuelos a Alemania y a la playa para disfrutar la vida como yo lo quiero.
