08:30- 10:00 - Resilient yoga practice. Wake up call and challenging yoga flow.
We will move to our own rhythm to create a connection from our body to our mind and not the other way around in order to bring about and to maintain awareness.

15:00 - A universe of flowers. Mandala building
18:00 - Restorative Yoga Practice: Gracefully restore, strengthen and establish each other. Some of the exercices will be done in pairs, allowing ourselves to receive and give help from/to others.
21:00 Mexican Cacao ceremony: warm up your heart and elevate your vibe.
For the Mayans the cacao opens the doors to the heart and mind. The chocolate creates the perfect balance between its energetic components, which stimulate the union of the spirit and the vibration of happiness in your heart.

Purity, purification of the mind and emotions, physical cleansing of the environment and the things that surround you, as well as internal cleansing of any thought or negative feeling.

08:00 - Insightful dialogue. Meditate. Surrender gracefully to the truth: who you are, what you feel, what you hope, what you wish.
08:30 - 10:00 - Resilient Yoga Practice. An energetic and creative awakening flow to overcome the unexpected, get lost in the move, enjoy the effort, build strength and depure all those toxins.

18:00 - Yoga Nidra, The sound of the Universe. The tibetan singing bowls, have been used for centuries as a healing and meditation tools. Their vibratorie frenquencies promote healing from stress disorders, pain, depression, and most forms of dis-ease.
20:00 - Indigenous Mexican Fire ceremonie:
The Aztecs indigenous tribe practiced this ceremony for the search of the balance and order of the universe, it was their way to welcome new beginnings. Within their worldview the creation of the Sun was represented through this ceremony, it helped them to renew their compromises for themselves and the universe.
